We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through our website forms. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate transaction process.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether a property, owner, developer, buyer, investor, or capital source may be a fit.

• To route leads internally, including through Slack, Zapier, CRM tools, email tools, hosting providers, and other service providers we use or may use in the future.
• To enrich and review submitted leads using public records, property data, business search results, internal scoring, and AI-assisted summaries or explanations.
• To protect our business, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law, keep records, and enforce our terms.

Calls, Texts, Email, and Consent

When you submit a form or otherwise provide contact information, you authorize ENT Acquisitions LLC to contact you about your inquiry, potential real estate opportunities, and next steps by phone, text, email, or similar channels. We may use manual methods, automated dialing or messaging technology, CRM tools, or AI-assisted follow-up where allowed by law.

Consent is not required to make a purchase or enter into a transaction. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop marketing texts by replying STOP where available, or by emailing info@entacquisitions.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method in the email or by contacting us.

How We Share Information

We may share information when it is reasonably needed to evaluate, structure, or complete a real estate opportunity, or to operate our business.

• With developers, builders, buyers, investors, capital partners, acquisition partners, and other parties who may evaluate or pursue an opportunity.

• With service providers that help us host the website, route forms, store leads, manage CRM records, send messages, analyze website usage, and run internal workflows.

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used in certain state privacy laws.
